Here come the New York paintings! I took this from the window of the incredible apartment we had for our last trip to New York. Right at the corner of 59th St and Fifth Avenue, with windows looking out over Central Park, the Plaza Hotel, and of course Fifth Avenue, straight down to the Empire State Building. In an apartment like that you don't need art on the walls, because Manhattan is itself an ever-changing and ever-fascinating work of art.
More to come. But I gotta say, so far this is my favorite of the batch.
It's 8 x 10 inch oil on board, ready for framing.
