This is an oil painting on a 6X8 canvas covered panel. It’s a scene from a recent trip through the wine country in Northern California. Mustard in full bloom, oaks, lavender as they begin their leaf out, vines still dormant. I love the vineyards, and paint and photograph them wherever I find them. This is a particularly beautiful time because of the brilliant wild flowers, and the natural complementary color scheme. SOLD
