This is an 8 X 10 original oil painting on canvas covered panel.I saw this scene one morning last winter as I was driving south on the Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1) from Carmel to Big Sur. The sun was just hitting the rocks and the heavy moisture in the air was beginning to clear.
