This is one of the scenes I saw as I was leaving the Genesee Valley (in North Eastern California) last September where I attended a paint out at the Heart K Ranch (Feather river Land Trust). The early morning sun created a rich soft glow on the layers of hills, trees and the autumn grasses on the valley floor. The painting is done in oil on an 8 x 10 canvas covered panel. SOLD
