"SUNFLOWERS 2009" by Alicia Tredway

I'm needing winter to stop. I want to plant stuff. These are those mammoth sunflowers that can reach 10 feet high. Mine were only about 8' but plenty tall and I'm looking up at them here. A slight breeze was blowing. Notice the heart- shaped leaf for 'Happy Valentine's Day'. This painting is 6 x 8" oil on canvas panel.
