This is a scene from my travels through the rice growing region of California's Sacramento Valley. In late September, and early October, when the rice is ready to harvest, the fields glow a bright golden yellow. Truly breathtaking, particularly under the grays and violets of approaching storm clouds. This painting is 8 x 10 on primed masonite panel. SOLD
