SUMMER AT THE OLD RANCH, Oil Painting by Kathy O'Leary

This is a scene from my travels through the ranch lands of Central California. There are a number of old ranches throughout the hills west of Marin and Petaluma, established in the mid 1800's. Part of this region's beauty are the many trees, planted for shade and as wind breaks that are still standing. These old Eucalyptus, though a little lonely in their watch, had a beautiful, warm summer glow to them. This painting is 8 x 10 on primed masonite panel. SOLD
