This is the view of a horse barn on a ranch in Lake County California. Many years ago, I spent time painting and photographing this lovely area. Mount Konocti, a volcano and sacred to the Pomo Indian is a stunning backdrop for nearly every scene around Clear Lake and can barely be seen here as the morning fog is lifting. This painting is 6 x 8 inches oil on canvas panel.
