This is a scene along one of the many trails found around our beautiful Humboldt Bay. This sandy path runs near where the Elk River enters the bay and is one I've walked, painted, and photographed many times. A great place for an artist's eye as the grasses turn orange and gold in late summer offering an interesting and changing counter point to the colors of the coastal sky, the water, and the exposed wet edges of the bay, particularly at low tide. This painting measures 8 x 10 and is done on panel. I have relisted this, with Free Shipping. SOLD
