"BY THE WHARFINGER" by Alicia Tredway

It was lovely weather to begin with and I couldn't have been happier.... then the wind picked up and clouds rolled in and it began to rain.  I finished from a photo later in the studio.  The Highway 255 bridge to Woodley Island can barely be seen in the far right distance. 8 x 10 inches on canvas panel.
