I was able to stop along the roadside on my way home from work and take in this lovely scene with the morning sun breaking through the clouds. I returned the following week to put another layer on. It was an interesting challenge painting with so many greens. I really had to work to differentiate the different leaf types.

    What beautiful design, brush work and sense of light.
    Love the sensual patterns, like you can run your fingers through
    the vegetation.
