Oil on 8x12" panel, this painting is from a photo I shot of my own little "City" she rules the roost here at home, and I respect her commitment to oversee all that goes on, she warns us when something is off. She is also responsible for keeping our tiny dog well behaved, she has a way of knowing exactly what he is up to.
