It's been a beautiful but windy spring in the afternoons. I've been
outdoors painting, loving the calmer mornings and cursing the
windy afternoons. This is one of several afternoon paintings where
I use my car to block the wind somewhat. Here in Loleta I've loved
how the winds have continually blown clouds across the sky.
