I painted this sunflower and accompanying roses on prepared linen stretched on 20x16 inch stretcher bars. I worked in oils for a period of several sunny days during the summer. The roses in the painting were purchased from Fickle Hill Old Rose Nursery. If you are interested in seeing this painting, it is currently on display in my show titled 'Images From Life' at the Sewell Gallery as 423 'F' Street in Eureka through May 25.
