Acrylic on 16x20 canvas. Painting in acrylic has helped me understand more about the versatility of oil painting. Doing the first pass in fast drying acrylic secures the foundation and I don't have to worry about losing what I like in the process of painting wet into wet. At any point in the painting process I can opt to oil paint or in this case not add oil paint.
