Jim brought home these gladiolas for me several days ago. I chose 2 small jars to place the stems in
and leaned them vertically side by side against a large easel. I painted from life with oils on a 16x12 prepared panel. I find gladiolas to be wonderfully engaging challenge.
Gorgeous.....lovely harmony and beautiful shapes.
