A rainy day cat painting. I am quite sure I will not be painting full frontals very often, they are nearly impossible. This painting will be on exhibit, I am very happy to announce, in the Morris Graves Museum of Art gallery shop. The Shop is on the main floor now, the room that used to house the permanent collection, which has moved downstairs. I love this new galley space, the lighting is dramatic with large windows, it's the kind of room you just love to be in. The museum was built in 1904 Originally it was Eureka Carnegie Library building.
