"Palapa" oil, by RK Schlueter

Oil on 6"x9" panel for Xaltemba Galaria in La Pentia, Mexico. "Palapa" was my first plein air painting completed for our exhibit. This huge Rooftop drama was directly across from our apartment balcony, I stood in the doorway and painted it. Thank you for visiting.

    Thanks Terry and Alicia,this trip helped me get back into plein air painting, the only problem is now I want all the perfect conditions that Mexico in Dec. offers. It was really wonderful painting there. Thought about you both often.
