'Homework' pastel by Ralphie Hendrix

 

My grand daughter is doing her homework while the two dogs are slowly but surely taking over her sitting area.  Just another evening at home.

    wonderful, off beat, painting. The familiar blue of a computer screen reflecting in her face is so contemporary. The fabric and softness of the couch can be felt and so too the hardness of the floor. The lounging take-over dogs are a just-right addition.
