This is a painting I did of Abby my daughter. My intent was to try out a
technique that I saw in a video excerpt by an artist named Scott Tallman
Powers.

This was a great learning experience. But I think I overworked the painting, thus eliminating the fresh spontaneous quality of the piece. Still I learned a ton in the process!
