Oil on 6" panel. I occasionally paint scenes from Circus Life, I am drawn to this imagery for it's color and strangeness, I see the intention behind the circus and I feel the reality, my mother Georgia, grew up in the circus, at five she began her training along with her father and siblings, they traveled by train and worked for Hagenbecker Wallace in 1930.
