This is another scene from my coastal travels this past Spring. This painting is of a pond that is part of the Elkhorn Slough Wildlife Refuge near Moss Landing, just north of Monterey, California. The late afternoon light was soft and the pond was still, creating an interesting reflective survace on the water. Hard to resist from a landscape painter's perspective. This piece is 8 x 10 on canvas covered panel. SOLD
