Sinuous Rose by Theresa Oats

This rose is from an 8 ft. tall rose bush that grows up the side of our studio building.
The roses blossom all summer into early autumn. I painted this blossom from life with
oils on a pre-gessoed white 6x6 inch panel.

    This is one of those paintings that knocks you back when you see it and say OHHHHHH..gorgeous!
