During a 'painting-camping' trip with my husband several years ago, I painted this view of Yosemite Falls at the end of each day. I worked in the late afternoon to early evening, with oils on 24''x12'' stretched linen.
Not only were the falls spectacular, but a lovely little girl showed up one evening, then another on another evening. They were both unforgettable sensitive souls.
This painting will be featured in an exhibit and sale at the Favell Museum in Klamath Falls Oregon, opening September 27 and running until October 26.
