Oil on 6"x14" panel. All week I've been painting a Valentine series for my upcoming exhibit at Garden Gate in Feb. Valentines day is not for everyone, but I really enjoy it for the beautiful chocolate filled heart shaped boxes and all those cute little flying cherubs armed with love's potential...the whole flowery, whimsical aesthetic turns me on and makes me feel uncontrollably silly and creative.
