Mist Rising to the Full Moon by Theresa Oats

Our atmosphere on the north coast tends to be moist. As the fog intensifies the mist rises
enveloping the full moon in a softly glowing halo.

I painted this on location with oils on a canvas covered prepared 24x18'' panel.
