Emerald Nude by Theresa Oats

The man in this pastel painting is an artist who occasionally posed for a 'paint and draw from
life group' I belonged to. He is very thin and sinewy which makes him an interesting
subject. He also painted when other people modeled for sessions.
Painted on an 18x24 inch piece of pastel paper.
Bidding starts a $75.00. The "buy it now price is $125.00

Bird and Fiddleheads by Andrew Daniel

When I lived in Maine it was a seasonal practice to go collecting "Fiddleheads" which were young ferns that had not yet uncoiled and were still tender for saute cooking. I thought of putting them in the back of this little watercolor painting as a little way to remind me of my roots.

I think the bird is a Wren, but I would love to hear from you if you have a better guess.

IF you are interested in purchasing this piece or finding out more about it, please take a look at my Etsy Shop.

"LARKIN" by Alicia Tredway

This was painted in Bend Oregon at a workshop with the late Charles Sovek. I couldn't resist painting the plein air painter in front of me with her huge wooden palette and charming umbrella.
It's thick oil paint with lots of stand oil, so it still looks as fresh as the day I painted it. 8 x 6 inches on canvas panel. To Bid PRESS HERE.

While this piece is sold, I do really enjoy doing portrait commissions. So I will add a link for a custom portrait to my Etsy shop later today for those who are interested. Sold

A friend set his drums up in his living room in front of an art deco armoire. The symbols

"Fog at Point Lobos" by Ralphie Hendrix

5 X 7 in mat black frame, no mat. I shot this photo while waiting for my husband to finish golfing. I've always wanted to paint it but never had the nerve or experience to tackle it until now. It was fun doing. Tho it was cold and drizzling while I was there, I realized what a treasure Point Lobos is.

"Abandoned Shed" by Ralphie Hendrix

Click to Bid
This is from a photo I took while out on Table Bluff Road a few years back. I was struck by the intense light in the foreground with the wonderful autumn colors in back of the shed. I guess this was a horse pasture at one time but was falling down when I saw it. I primarily paint from photographs as I'm getting older, and somewhat gimpy. These days my work is done in my studio.

Pink Rhododendrons by Andrew Daniel

Every year as the flowers start to bloom, I end up painting them, because I love the color and compositional opportunities that they bring. I also really enjoy the process of wandering around my community looking for inspiration! I'm particularly happy with this canvas because of the movement in the brush stoke, there is a certain raw kinetic energy to it.

IF you are interested in purchasing this painting or other cards and prints please take a look at my Etsy Shop. SOLD

I applied a loose random wash of gray acrylic paint to the surface. I drew the pose on this and later added the black behind the figures. This is a framed piece in an 11x14 frame. Cypress Tree with Bird in Flight by Theresa Oats

I painted this cypress tree on location with wet into wet oil paint on a 12x9 inch wood panel. Several months of enjoying a window view of indigenous trees while recuperating from an accident inspired me see tree tops in a new way, which is in their relationship to the birds
that swoop in, settle for a time, then swoop out. Click to bid
